Terms of service.

By using toastclub.app or joining our waitlist, you agree to these terms. Read them. They’re short.

1. The site

toastclub.app is the marketing page for Toast Club, a wine app currently in pre-launch. The Toast Club app is not yet available; this page exists to share what we’re building and collect interest.

2. Waitlist

Joining the waitlist is free and creates no obligation on either side. You can unsubscribe at any time. Joining the waitlist does not entitle you to early access, free wine, or any product, except where we explicitly say so in writing.

3. Age

Toast Club is for adults of legal drinking age in their country of residence (18 in the UK and most of the EU; 21 in the US). By using the site you confirm you meet that age.

4. Drinking responsibly

Toast Club exists to help you remember and explore wine, not to encourage excess. Please drink responsibly. If you’re worried about your drinking, organisations like Drinkaware can help.

5. Content and intellectual property

All copy, design, photography, and code on toastclub.app is © Toast Club and its licensors. You may share links and screenshots for personal, non-commercial use. Don’t copy the design wholesale.

6. Liability

The site is provided as-is. We try to keep it accurate and online but make no warranties. We’re not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of the site.

7. Changes

We may update these terms when the app launches or when laws change. Material changes will be flagged at the top of this page.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England & Wales.
